1. Program Description

Tamisantini.com, LLC agrees to provide course and coaching content, including an online training portal, live coaching calls, downloadable templates, and assessments, to support Clients in growing a destination wedding business. The Program includes 7 instructional modules, a 6-week live coaching component, and access to a resource library.

Supplemental terms or updates may be posted to the Program website and are incorporated by reference. The Company reserves the right to revise these terms at any time. Continued access to the Program constitutes acceptance of any updates.

2. Financial Obligation & Payment Plans

By enrolling, you agree to complete all payments according to the plan selected at checkout. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the Program and forfeiture of certification eligibility.

We reserve the right to refer delinquent accounts to a collections agency or take legal action to recover outstanding amounts. You authorize recurring monthly charges if you select a payment plan.

3. Access & Download Rights

Course access, coaching participation, and downloadable content are granted only to Clients in good standing. If your payment fails or your account becomes delinquent, all access to the Program, community groups, and the download library will be paused within 5 days until payment is resolved and your account is brought current.

Downloading or retaining the majority of course content and templates, followed by a refund or payment failure, is considered a breach of these Terms.

4. Refund Policy & Conditional Guarantee  

The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is designed to protect genuine students who find the course isn't a fit after giving it an honest try. Any use of the course materials or download library followed by a refund request may be considered a violation of our terms, and we reserve the right to deny certification and access under these circumstances.

Refund requests will only be considered if you have not:

• Downloaded the majority of the course materials
• Submitted both assessments
• Completed the Program in an attempt to obtain certification without full participation or payment

All refunds are discretionary. We reserve the right to deny refunds if we determine that the policy is being abused.

5. Certification Policy

To receive your official 20K Certified Wedding Planner certificate, students must:

1. Complete the Full Program
   
• Attend or watch all live coaching sessions (minimum of 6 sessions must be attended live or watched via replay).
  
• Complete both required assessments: the Auto-Graded Knowledge Check and the Performance-Based Resort Recommendation Project.
  
• Submit assessments no earlier than Week 6 of the course.
  
  
2. Maintain an Active, Good-Standing Account
   
• All course payments must be up to date.
  
• Students on payment plans must not have any failed or overdue payments.
  
  
3. Meet Performance Standards
   
• Certification is not automatically granted upon assessment submission.
  
• Reviews are conducted by our team and certification is issued only when both assessments demonstrate the required knowledge and application level.

6. Abuse of Program or Certification Process

The 20K System & Toolkit is intended for serious students. Any attempt to consume all content, download assets, submit assessments early, or use AI-generated answers to meet certification requirements within the refund period will be considered misuse.

We reserve the right to revoke access, certification eligibility, and deny refunds to protect the integrity of the Program and the value of certification.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including videos, templates, workbooks, downloads, designs, and coaching recordings, is the property of Tamisantini.com, LLC. It is provided solely for personal, non-commercial use by enrolled Clients.

No portion of the Program may be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold, or shared without our express written consent.

8. Confidentiality & Community Standards

Clients agree to uphold the confidentiality of the Program, including shared business strategies, pricing, coaching discussions, and member contributions. Breach of confidentiality may result in removal from the Program and legal action.

We maintain a respectful, safe learning environment. Any harassment, slander, or abuse of staff or fellow Clients is grounds for immediate dismissal without refund.

9. Disclaimers and Individual Results

This Program is for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee results, income, or bookings. Your success depends on your effort, implementation, and circumstances. Tamisantini.com, LLC is not liable for outcomes or interpretations of the materials provided.

10. Legal Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association.

Exceptions to arbitration include disputes related to intellectual property, confidentiality, or misuse of the Program. Injunctive relief may be sought in a Michigan court.

11. Acknowledgment

By enrolling, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms, including our policies for refunds, certification, confidentiality, and intellectual property. You further agree that misuse of Program content or misrepresentation during the certification process may result in dismissal, loss of access, and/or legal action.
